dirty dubstersIn preparation for Dirty Dubster’s brand new album Special Request, the guys have put together a great selection of their top 10 Reggae / hip-hop crossover tunes. Happy Friday!
1) Masters At Work Ft. Screechy Dan – Give it to me
Perfect old school Hiphop/Reggae collaboration by some of the best in the business.

2) Natural Born Jamericans – Boom Shak Attack
Nicely executed re lick of a classic Reggae tune with nice boombap drums and Wicked vocals with melody and flow.

3) London Posse – Money Mad
Anthem from seminal UK crew. Vintage 90’s style Reggae / hip-hop cross over.

4) Skibadee – Tickatock
Another UK Reggae / hip-hop Banger that will never grow old. Dance floor destroyer.

5) Whitey Don Ft. Phife Dawg & Chip Fu – Article
Nice combination of MC’s on this one. Love the mix of Whitey’s Reggae/Dancehall flow Phife’s laid back approach and Chip’s machine gun double time lyrics.

6) Daddy Freddy – Haul & Pull
Classic Daddy Freddy tune and Video.

7) Rodney P – The Nice Up
Just because!

 8) Scary Eire – Yeah
Irish Style from Ireland’s original Hip hop crew.

9) Blend Mishkin Ft. Peppery – Foundation Style
Great beat. Great lyrics and content from Peppery. Just good vibes.

10) Dirty Dubsters Ft. Chip Fu & Screechy Dan – Big Sound
Our first single from the new album Special Request we try and capture the reggae hiphop vibe on this one and enlisted two MYC legends to provide the vocals.
