Scotland’s MacKenzie presents an instrumental mixtape of beats produced from 2014-2019 for your ears!

Glasgow based battle rapper, producer and video director MacKenzie cut his teeth battling and freestyling in Glasgow's vibrant underground rap scene during the late 2000s, performing alongside the likes of Loki and Respek BA. Fast forward a few years and he has earned himself a reputation as one of Scotland's premier battle MCs, regularly battling across the UK and abroad.

Former champion of the London-based King of the Ronalds league, MacKenzie made his US battle debut back in 2016, battling on No Coast Rap's annual international Snow Coast event, hosted by west coast battle legend Lush One.  He returned to the states in 2018, joining No Coast on their 3-state tour as well as competing for the New York-based iBattle league.  2018 also saw MacKenzie take on Irish MC Terminal at King Of The Dot's first ever UK event.Catching the eye of fans and battlers alike, he has been signed to Shotty Horroh's  Premier Battles for their 2019 season, and is expected to make waves battling for the Knights team, managed by veteran UK MC Joker Starr.

Despite competing for leagues both nationally and internationally, MacKenzie still stays active in his local battle scene, managing Glasgow league IRON BARZ, and producing music videos for various Scottish artists.
