Scottish Alternative Music Awards (SAMAs) 2019
The Scottish Alternative Music Awards (SAMAs) are an independently ran music award. The 2019 ceremony will take place at St Lukes in Glasgow on Friday 25th October. Ran in association with key partners Rebel Rebel Barbers, and Creative Scotland the SAMA’s are set to bring a giant night of music celebration to Glasgow. Throughout the year the SAMA’s host a range of events in the Highlands, Paisley, Perth and Glasgow showcasing some of Scotland's most exciting emerging artists. A three day public vote is open today, Monday 14th October, on the SAMA’s website, with the winners being announced live at Saint Lukes. The 7 SAMA’s are:
