Pink Siifu and Fly Anakin - two of the most progressive, exciting underground rappers around-have teamed up for collaborative album: FlySiifu’s. The record is loosely based around the concept of Siifu and Anakin being proprietors of a fictional record shop, aptly named FlySiifu’s. The pair’s contrasting styles mesh and flow together seamlessly; they float across weightless, jazz-enriched backdrops sounding sharp, precise, direct, yet simultaneously relaxed and meditative. Interspersed among the tracks are voicemail messages, mainly from irate shoppers complaining about the duo’s laid-back approach to retail and sloppy customer service.

FlySiifu’s mirrors the creative musical community in which Siifu and Anakin are deeply embedded and draws on the talents of various friends and peers-guests vocalist include; Liv.e, Fousheé, $ILKMONEY; whilst production comes from Madlib, Jay Versace, Budgie, Animoss and others.
