Natty Wylah - Yestermoons (Joseph Efi Remix) (Single)

As we head into the season of darkness, Natty Wylah teams up with Joseph Efi for a heavy hitting remix of Yestermoons from his forthcoming mixtape. With the original production from Purple Cloud, we now head into a resampled haze of gnarling bass and metallic hats spliced with uncanny blurs of backwards reeling tapes and delay galore. Carried by these nebulous sonic-textures, Natty's notions on the importance of living in the now come ever-more pungent as we navigate these insecure times. The sense of space is encapsulating, from drifting instrumental sections laden with glitches to dense lyrical imagery: merging scenes of Hades, holograms and eye-stinging smoke, this is definitely one of the most left field, forward-facing tracks from Wylah so far.
