Kicking off the EP is El Train, Producer and DJ, a name that is well known in the Brighton scene and beyond. The track is giving us beautiful soulful vocals from Sergio laced with tropical vibes from El Train, you can hear the US West Coast influences. The drum choice is what really lends to the tropical sound and to be honest when I hear this, I want to be in a hot country drinking a long island ice tea.

The second remix has the original track but features Idyll, Taff, ZVK and Renelle 893. These wordsmiths all have different flows with playful commentary at the beginning by Idyll, paying homage to sunny Brighton beach its 29 degrees. Taff came with a techy flow showing us his skills and lighting the track on fire to contrast Sergio’s chorus. ZVK’s approach was hard hitting and straight up cold, touching upon topics from this year that have shaken people to the very core. Idyll coming in with a bouncing energy couldn’t help but smile, you can tell he was really having fun on this beat and picking up sprits of the listeners to be on his vibe. Then slows it down and ends with a dark twist in the lyrics and smooth delivery from Renelle 893, taking us on another wave of emotion with his story telling.

To end the EP is Changing Currents producer and DJ honing from Brighton also making his mark in the scene. I could definitely hear this in the club, it instantly made me want to dance. I can see people making up their own routines to this track, might have to set up a challenge. Giving us latin vibes with elements of soul and can we talk about that bass line, major bass face moment with this one.
