glue70- ft: Zula & KinKai - Better (Single)

This year glue70 has enjoyed some well deserved success after his album “2070” was released on Majestic Casual to worldwide acclaim, receiving support from Dummy Mag, BBC Radio 1xtra and Tycho.

"Better" brings together ZULA’s sultry vocals with glue70’s iconic production in a celebration of Manchester’s blooming Hip Hop & Soul scene. It features a verse from KinKai, who effortlessly flows between Jazz samples and swinging percussion.

Since Flow Theory's last release with KinKai he has gone on to collaborate with Children Of Zeus and The Mouse Outfit, 2 of Manchester’s finest musical exports. From a small event in the basement of a Manchester dive bar to performing in Croatia, it’s been an incredible journey for KinKai, glue70 and the Flow Theory collective.

This track also introduces ZULA. ZULA is a new project from the vocalist behind Freak Slug, the dreamy indie pop artist based in Manchester. This new alias allows her to explore a more electronic landscape, with glue70 at the helm of production this is a creative partnership that acts as a catalyst for a completely original sound, a combination of two disparate genres gives birth to something really special. We're looking forward to seeing what else these guys create.
