IN PICS: ScHoolboy Q @ O2 Institute in Birmingham

The past couple of weeks saw ScHoolboy Q bring his CrasH Tour to the UK, performing 4 sold out shows across the country.

We were fortunate enough to catch the South Los Angeles native’s phenomenal show at the O2 Institute in Birmingham.

Focusing on his most recent studio album ‘CrasH Talk’ we heard hits like Numb Numb Juice, Floating (feat. 21 Savage) and Water (feat. Lil Baby) as well as older tracks from previous albums such going right back to ‘Setbacks’.

Obvious classics such as Collard Greens & Hell of a Night received great crowd participation and OG fans showed a big appreciation for his performance of ‘Blessed’ - a 2012 track which features fellow black hippy member, Kendrick Lamar.

Supporting Q on the CrasH tour is Top Dawg OG, Jay Rock, who in 2018 gained huge exposure with the release of his ‘Redemption’ album - his first since the release of ‘90059’ in 2015.

Jay Rock performed tracks from both albums as well as his verse from Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Money Trees’ which definitely got the crowd going.

All round it was one of our favourite shows to date and we invite you to share some of the moments with some shots from photographer, Dan Griffiths | Visualati.
