Kemetstry - 'Companero' Official Music Video

Don’t sleep on the fresh new visual from Huddersfield hip-hop icon Kemetstry, for his latest single ‘Companero’. Since launching his own Carriacou Jack clothing brand, inspired by a family favourite rum recipe, Kemetstry was invited to a rum orientated festival a few years ago to promote Carriacou Jack. There he made contact with a imports distribution company, which sell a rum called Companero. After sending Kemetstry some bottles to promote in his music videos, he decided to go a step further by writing and recording a quickfire track as well. A slick single with smooth beat by Tone Jonesz, Kemetstry goes in with rhymes describing the exotic chocolate to orange flavours which got him feeling happily intoxicated. An anthem for anyone sipping Companero, don’t knock this til you’ve tried it - the tune packs as much flavour as the rum itself. “When you mix them its actually does taste like Terry's chocolate orange” Kemetstry also tells us.
