Vagrant Real Estate - Forever (Single)

Vagrant Real Estate teams up with Californian label Tsunami Sounds, who are fresh off the back of their first compilation "Waves", and are well regarded for their curation and online community.

"Forever" is an instrumental hip-hop single in the vein of artists such as Nujabes and J Dilla, pairing the warm nostalgia of lofi hip-hop with hard hitting drums that would sound at home on the latest release from the Griselda camp. The track flows in and out, evoking the colours of a Studio Ghibli film, before reaching a climactic orchestral crescendo.

The track was mixed and mastered by renowned Scottish engineer Hamish "Morphamish" Campbell, who has worked with the likes of Big Dada Records and Darren "Loki" McGarvey."
