The Man Down Programme – who we’ve definitely mentioned before – are doing some amazing work tackling the topic of men’s mental health in the music industry. Whilst we know it’s not exclusive to men, the statistics are sobering and men make up ~75% of the suicide figures in the UK. 20% higher for those in creative industries.

So, it’s important to kick these conversations off and hopefully save a few lads along the way!
