Fresh of the back of recent single "Sheherazade" and February's critically acclaimed album "Fizzy Milk", Scottish MC/producer Tzusan teams up with Paisley's finest Shogun to bring something a little different in the form of "Ziggurat". Usually Tzusan takes a more brooding, minimalistic approach to his production but here he's chosen to opt for crunching drums and a snappy 140 tempo as haunting flutes jitterbug over a deep subby bass and a rattling, dusty old guitar. Both MC's are on effortless form bouncing off each others schemes, flows and content delivering a barrage of wry wit, surreal imagery and poignant punchlines with every line.
