Speaking on the track, Motiv say’s: This song was written to address a growing problem within the UK rap music scene. The scene seems to be full of rappers telling the exact same story with little difference between them. We have lost the rappers of the previous generation who produced classics and quality music. Nowadays all we hear in rap music is how much money a person has made, how many women he has been with or some form of glorification of gang life. I’m not saying I am making hits or the best quality music but I hope you can see the importance in the messages I am trying to promote.
