Flying off the back of his single ‘Topdown’, British artist Jay Lewn unleashes another signature sumptuous track, ‘Glitter Ain’t Gold’ ft Jaz Karis.

Emerging over a soundscape of dizzy guitar licks and shimmering synths, the young artist’s velvety vocals paint a picture of a working woman through the use of enticing melodies and vibrant, quirky lyrics. Released alongside a strikingly eccentric visual, what emerges is a sense of openness, blending DIY creativity with Jay’s idiosyncrasies, whilst effortlessly fusing electro-pop sonics with R&B grooves.

The wickedly woozy‘Glitter Ain’t Gold’ comes second in a slew of singles plucked from his upcoming project ‘Loverboy’, said to explore the multi-faceted, twisted perceptions of love. Whilst having already proven his capabilities with the tasteful ‘Form 01’ EP, this next chapter is rumoured to reveal his “most refined sound” to date.
