Patawawa - Power Up (Album)

Patawawa, the fun-loving disco trio from Matlock in Derbyshire release their debut album, titled ‘Power-Up'.

The band created the album during the covid-19 lockdowns and it sees their trademark irrepressible joie de vivre sprinkled liberally across the album in a collection of tracks made for good times which are hopefully soon to come. It is the perfect antidote to the troubled pandemic times of 2020/21.

The focus track for the album release is ‘Content’ (track 4 on the album) which is a tongue-in-cheek take on influencer culture.

Speaking about the album, Patawawa said; “It’s a happy, fun album with definite party vibes - music is about having a good time, and everything else can really do one. We’re about letting people dance, go crazy and be themselves so we’re super excited for people to listen to the album.”
