Hailing from North West London is fiizyy’s first single of 2021 featuring beautiful vocals from Layla, produced by Ava Zarate. The instrumentation is giving me a mixture of R&B and Hip Hop. I really like that the track starts with Layla and piano laced with lush harmonies. Then fiizyy comes in with great flow and bass is added in mixed with cleverly placed FX. The track speaks about a relationship and trying to get on the same page. The call and response from fiizyy and Layla works very well, offering the conversational tone and storytelling.
