Mooch is a rapper from East London, currently based in Sheffield. A UK Hip Hop artist who dabbles in some DnB MC’ing, Mooch along with his good friend and producer (Bleeding Gums) have begun to make themselves known on the scene. Collaborating with a few notable artists, expect more quality content on the way from this pair.  

The song ‘Couch Cartel’ is a head boppy, light hearted hip hop track with an old school boombap beat, choppy sample and impactful drums complimenting each other perfectly. The lyrics themselves elude to lockdown, mainly the positive aspects although are not rigidly based on it. The song outlines the day to day happenings of the’ couch cartel ‘, who are those happy to not spend anytime outside for the pure love of being in their house. Humour is something that stands out in the video both in the lyrics and editing/vfx, with some slapstick lines and funny images on screen.
