‘Hitchhiking’ is the brand new EP from Norwich’s rising singer songwriter, Maya Law.

The six-track project is Maya’s first body of work in almost five years, and it’s a beautifully honest outpouring that details the loneliness, pain and healing that follows a break-up. Blending soul, jazz, and alt-R&B with a raw acoustic sound, ‘Hitchhiking’ powerfully showcases Maya’s ability to transform difficult experiences into songwriting brilliance - with her authentic approach already capturing the attention of Huw Stephens, Jamie Cullum and Tom Robinson to name a few.

Speaking of the EP, Maya explains - “Hitchhiking shows emotionally and musically what I was going through at the time, and its heavy focus on the acoustic and DIY sound reflects that lonely break-up period. But I mostly hope it can be a comfort to anyone that has felt the same and can listen to Hitchhiking at the end of the sadness and know it’s gonna be alright.”
