Based in New York Amber Mark giving us ‘Worth it’ to settle into springtime. With catchy hooks, lush harmonies that will get stuck in your head this is exactly what we needed. Starting off with piano and synth and then switching dynamics with uplifting beat and lyrics to match giving you a chance to get up a dance. The lyrics ‘You think you don’t deserve it, but you are so damn worth it’ stood out and I think many of her fans will have this line in their heads. This genre-bending pop, soul, bossa nova and R&B goddess refuses to be placed in a box and this track is no exception.

“We are our own worst critics, and I feel at times we are the hardest on ourselves.” says Amber; “I wrote this song as a mantra to myself in order to lift my spirits in situations where I feel worthless. Whether someone has put you down or you’ve done it to yourself this song is meant to help you pick yourself up again and remind you just how worthy you are of happiness.”
