The Nicewun JM is an Emcee from the town of Trowbridge in the U.K. He discovered Hip Hop in 1999. He began emceeing in 2009 and over a period of a few years he performed at small shows in the local South West area and also jumped on stage at bigger shows with Hip Hop legends such as Jeru The Damaja (Gang Starr Foundation), Sadat X (Brand Nubian), DJ Doo Wop & Akil The MC (Jurassic 5).

He released his debut album Celebratin’ Hip Hop... Over Here on 6th February 2021. The album has tracks featuring emcees/producers/DJs such as, Da Beatminerz, Blaq Poet, Thirstin Howl The 3rd, Domingo, Jabba Tha Kut, Mac Lloyd, Marvin A Doup, MDV & DJ Marlondon. The album was recorded at Earthtrax Studios by Obeah, was mixed by Marvin A Doup and was mastered by Chemo.

The album tackles many things such as emceeing for the love of it, switching from positive and conscious vibes to braggadocious lyricism, mental health, growing up, motivating & uplifting others, love, Celebrating Hip Hop Culture, social topics, reflection, faith & dedication.
