Riffree has a history of tackling real life and world issues in his music.

From his first project 'Life is Riches' Ep, and then with the the strong single Release of 'World Organ' taken from the prospective of our oceans.

'Make Believe' is no different! The approach and intensity have been turned up ten fold.

Originally his thought process was to write a politically strong, lyrically tight, 64 bar for open mic, cyphers and radio shows to represent his views on the world and his stature as a artist.

The track itself first started taking form in a recording session at 'Titanium Audio' with the critically acclaimed Producer 'Skinzmann'

Riffree Talked of the feel and weight he wanted track to hold. Skinzmann set to work and the main structure of the beat was soon done and dusted.

Riffree finished the lyrics in house and got them ready to record. The verses were split, and the flow and format where constructed. All that was missing was the hook to carry the message over and finish it off. In that same session 'Obadiah' stepped in and seamlessly freestyled a hook like it was always meant to be.
