We are all aware of today’s pop music Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and so on. But what do you know about Council Pop Music? Trademark Blud seemingly takes us through his idea on what the undiscovered unfounded genre would sound like. This heavy ,raw and aggressive yet fun and energetic track is his 3rd single in a line of great releases this year.

There are some fun lines in this track as well as some references to the not so fun side of estate life, such as the comment on Glen Parva prison, which was a notorious young offenders’ institution in the Midlands before it closed a few years ago. An explosive extended verse followed by an extended chorus seems to be a new arrangement format Trademark has been experimenting with following suit of his first single this year ‘What We Gonna Do’ and it really works. All in all, music is about how it makes you feel and this one has given us the feel-good factor. Now I’m off to drink a glass of Council Pop.

From a homeless youth to an award-winning Rapper Trademark Blud is a true story of victory against all odds. Throughout his music are messages of varying approaches, from unity and awareness to fighting corruption and tyranny head on. Not bound by genre Trademark can effortlessly glide from difficult personal experiences to fun and energetic throughout the course of a live show. His hyper-energetic persona, powerful stage presence and innovative rhyming style is causing major shockwaves throughout the underground scene.
