Jessica Wilde lands a surprise A/B side release, ‘Cruel P2’/ ‘Drugs Don’t Work’, as a 2nd part to her latest single ‘Cruel’ which landed her a feature on the official UK ‘Pride’ Spotify Playlist and an interview with renowned music journalist Mark Beaumont for The Independent.

‘Cruel’ see’s Wilde delving back into a relationship that enabled her to come out as bisexual but also led her into addiction - a subject she’s tackling on her debut forthcoming album.

‘Drug’s Don’t work’ dives deeper into this toxic love story, where we hear a brutally honest description of what went down and how a relationship was controlled by addiction. This song takes on a raw, stripped back sound with gritty guitars and Wilde’s rap to tell the story, ‘When the Drugs don’t work, we just get hurt’.
