Emerging renaissance R&B star Rasharn Powell drops his new single ‘Burning The Sky’ amidst the news of his debut project ‘Dusk & Dawn’ due out 1st July. Fusing old-school nostalgia with present-day greatness, Rasharn is pioneering his own genre as he blends R&B with elements of Soul, Alternative and Hip-Hop throughout.

Produced by both Gianluca Buccellati (Arlo Parks, Tei Shei), and Nick Leon - a producer known for mixing organic textures with club rhythms and sci-fi sound design - ‘Burning The Sky’ sees Rasharn deliver an honest insight into his life and how he deals with unrequited love. Rasharn’s curiosity for love stemmed from the classroom during his youth. Longing to tell his own story, he developed a fascination for profound authors & poets such as Steinbeck, Baldwin & Bukowski.
