Honey Mooncie - Here For Me (Single)

British artist Honey Mooncie returns with new single ‘Here For Me’, her first new music of 2021. The single is taken from an upcoming project soon to be announced and is produced by Fred Cox (Hope Tala & Greentea Peng) and Owen Cutts (Stormzy, Kojey Radical, Tom Walker) released independently via Believe Music.

‘Here For Me’ is an opulent blend of Neo-Soul, R&B & pop opening with lush strings that makes way for Honey’s irresistibly smooth vocals, backed by jazzy lounge piano. It’s a seemingly  effortless combination of old & new, harking back to Honey’s sonic influences such as Audrey Hepburn & Amy Winehouse.

Speaking on the track Honey adds: “This project for me tells a love story from start to finish. ‘Here For Me’ comes towards the end of this relationship and is about feeling like you need more from someone and coming to terms with knowing that you need to let them go.”
