Ray Hodge is a powerful singer/songwriter from Jamaica, Queens returns with the second single from his upcoming project titled “idgaf”.

Once again, Ray Hodge showcases his versatility as an artist. “Idgaf” draws you in with its mix of pop sensibility and dance hall flare before the song takes a complete left turn packing a punch when the chorus hits you over the head with what seems reminiscent to a gritty 90’s New York hip hop anthem.

Ray states “idgaf” is about getting to a point where you are fed up. In this case it's a friend, that's like family. but this one friend is a little chatty Cathy. It's basically me confronting this person and letting them know just how much one may feel about they're trash a** path they took lol . We all been there right? Just gotta let a person know what you about sometimes, lol shit it speaks for itself. when i say. "Idgaf where you at, when we comin’ for you!" Commenting on the making of the  "idgaf" Music video Ray Hodge states,”The music video was a big step for me.This is the first video I ever had the courage to make all on my own without a professional. I wanted to represent the state of mind in the song. I wanted to add  a small shock value with the frantic pacing of the shots to match the song.  The overall vibe of the video is grainy and low quality looking to give it more of an eerie found footage vibe.Overall I had a lot of fun making this on my own and I think not too bad for my first try haha..”
