Rachel Chinouriri - November (Single)

Following the release of her EP ‘Four° In Winter’ earlier this year, Rachel Chinouriri presents her newest single ‘November’ featuring fellow London-based musician Hak Baker. The track sees Rachel combine her delicate and soulful vocals with the smoothness of Hak Baker’s voice, accompanied by beautiful strings and drums. ‘November’ continues to show Rachel’s ability to merge different genres, with her wonderfully emotive lyrics leading the way, perfectly encapsulating the intense memories and dreamlike nature of the song. The accompanying video directed by Sekou Abineri portrays the ethereal yearning that the song inspires, using the setting of an old swimming pool and showing Rachel and Hak both together and apart to convey these messages.

November’ follows Rachel’s latest EP ‘Four° In Winter’ as well as the subsequent singles ‘Through The Eye’ and ‘Darker Place’ as well as collaborations with SAM DOTIA and Subculture, the latter featuring on the critically acclaimed series ‘I May Destroy You’. Later this month, Rachel will headline two sold out shows at the St Pancras Old Church, offering the first chance to see Rachel perform both ‘November’ and tracks off her “Four° In Winter” EP.

Rachel has been applauded and praised by the likes of Radio 1’s Annie Mac (featuring as her ‘New Name’ on BBC R1’s Future Sounds), DAZED, NME, DIY, Colours and many more. Rachel has also proved her prowess as an incredible live performer, whilst supporting the likes of Celeste, Sam Fender and Lianne La Havas.
