Multi-instrumentalist and producer Joshua.James displays his mastery on his new album ‘10,000 Hours’.

The 9 track LP is a chronicle of the producers’ journey through the music industry so far, pulling in a range of artists who use their unique voices to help tell his story. With the featuring vocalists spanning from soul and R&B to hip hop, he’s created a versatile yet cohesive body of work that shows off his talent, ear and taste as a musician.

Throughout the album, Joshua has tapped into different aspects of his journey so far, particularly in songs such as ‘Look Up’ and ‘Compliments’, which are relatable tracks about his aspirations as well as frustrations within the music industry.

Starting off as a producer for the collective Last Night In Paris, as well as working with a range of artists such as Kojey Radical and Chew Lips, Joshua has spent lots of his career behind the scenes putting in his “10,000 hours” and mastering his craft.
