BLK - Girl Magic (EP)

Canada's new girl group BLK release their debut EP Girl Magic today via MADE IN SAUGA / PIVTL Projects. The Toronto-based trio, Bexk, LilacX, and Khatalia-Korahjay continue their rise to the top of R&B by delivering a stunning visual for the focus track “Girls,” giving a fresh take on the girl-power anthem. Reminiscent of your favourite early 2000’s song, one that empowers women to kick that man to the curb if the relationship is no longer serving them. Relatable, this single embodies high vibrations, being a confident woman who knows what she wants and accepting nothing less.

Accompanying this project release is a mini series to introduce themselves to their audience and the making of BLK. Three episodes that shed light on how the group came about, how each of their unique personalities complement one another, and the work they put in behind the scenes of their debut EP project "Girl Magic". Unfiltered and unapologetic, much like the members of this trio, this series includes cameo appearances by choreographer Tuch (Rihanna, Kardinal Official) and stylist Bobby Bowen (Miguel, Majid Jordan). The girls aim to let their audience in further to the true feminine energy they embody, knowing that if their audience was to be genuinely introduced they would be better understood with each anthem released.
