Resurgence marks the long-awaited return of the duo with a fresh sound and optimistic lyricism. The project, which is self-produced and self-written by Hope and Millie, is the start of a new chapter that adds another musical string to The KTNA’s sonic bow.

Following on from ‘Can’t Stop This’, ‘Summer Never Dies’ is a change in gear, having its origins as a love song from Millie to her partner. The track ended up resonating so much with the pair they decided to include it in this EP project.

The KTNA explain: SND was written and produced by Millie as a birthday present to her long-term boyfriend, however since it’s such a bop we decided to also give it to the world! Summer Never Dies is a romantic tale about summer romance, were hoping it’ll become a bit of a summer anthem. The strings, by Galina Jurtitz, layered on top of the many BVs we recorded are just perfection. SND is a lovely change of pace for us as we usually write anti love songs!
