Hailing from North West London and a presence on the scene since 2017 when she released joint project ‘Shades On Pt.1’ with producer Hugo Mari, Qendresa’s sound hit new heights with her self-produced, independently released project ‘Midnight Request Line’. Her slick, late-night sound blends glistening palettes of Funk, 80’s Pop and Contemporary R&B for music of the highest quality; exhibiting her versatility as a singer and as a rapper with track’s such as ‘Don’t Stop’ and ‘Real Luv’. Continuing to bring her new fans nearly two years later, Midnight Request Line has over 500K streams to date and saw widespread support across UK press with support such as Trench and Mixmag.

Now returning with this double single on Amy Becker’s Acrylic Records, Karma and The Source see Qendresa move away from the underwater Funk and 80’s sounds to brooding, atmospheric Rap production. Combining her HD productions with effortless vocals that switch between conversational flows and soaring vocal runs, Qendresa relates feelings surrounding betrayal and revenge with some sharp world play and a cool authority.
