Fast-rising rapper Fly Anakin has announced his debut solo album, Frank, out 11th March on Lex Records. Alongside the news, Anakin has also shared the Madlib-produced lead single, No Dough, and accompanying video directed by Skyler Vander Molen.

A short but sweet blast of hip-hop, No Dough follows Anakin’s two 2021 singles, Ghost and Sean Price. All three tracks are included on Frank, along with features from Pink Siifu, Nickelus F, Big Kahuna OG and more.

Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, and raised on a diet of Ready To Die and Supreme Clientele, Fly Anakin is increasingly regarded as one of the most promising rappers around. There are few other artists today shaping hip-hop's leading edge while remaining steeped in the genre’s traditions. The prolific lynchpin of Richmond rap collective Mutant Academy, Anakin has dropped a steady stream of solo and collaborative music, including his joint album with Pink Siifu, FlySiifu’s, and follow up EP, $mokebreak.
