Billy Got Waves returns with hypnotic new two-part single, Slow / 10’s & 9’s and the second instalment of his three-part album RocketBoy.

Having just released “Rocket Boy 1/3" earlier this year with Standout Single “Poison” Scottish hip-hop main stay Billy Got Waves has announced the release of Rocket Boy 2/3. The announcement comes as Billy prepares to drop the first incendiary single to be taken from the project, titled Slow / 10’s & 9’s out on 21st October.

Slow / 10’s & 9’s is the first single to be released from RocketBoy 2/3, and the 2nd track from the EP. Produced by Glasgow’s S-Type (LuckyMe Records) and Nottingham beat-maker Baygee, the track is a two-part head-bopper with a calm but potent beat giving sexy and chilled-out alternative R&B vibes bordering on the real.

Speaking on the forth coming release, Billy said: “Slow/10’s& 9’s is an audio portrayal of when the drinks have been spent and the ride home begins, thankfully, a beautiful stranger was met in the night, and the evening eventually comes to a conclusion in a hazy lustful blur.”

Having a string of festival bookings such as Hidden Door festival, Otherlands festival and many more just after Rocket Boy 1/3 released, Billy, is set to Head line on November 14 the Virgin Hotel’s grand opening in their new music venue Eve “Live & Unsigned” with a full band setup.
