Tiggs Da Author ft: Blade Brown + Rimzee - OCD Riddim Pt. 1 (Single)

Hot on the heels of reaching No. 12 in the Official Singles Charts with Potter Payper, eclectic UK artist Tiggs Da Author is back with his fresh new single ‘OCD Riddim Pt. 1’ featuring long-time collaborator Blade Brown & rising newcomer Rimzee, out now. The track is taken from his forthcoming Morefire 2 mixtape, featuring an impressive who’s who of the UK rap scene and due for release on 18th November.

OCD Riddim Pt. 1’ follows a string of collaborations from the multi-hyphenate, who featured on Rimzee’s critically acclaimed album Cold Feet in October, in the form of project single ‘Juggin’ which also featured UK favourite Giggs. On this new heater, the track opens with Tiggs’ distinctive melodic hook, before Rimzee delivers an impressive verse that validates his recent hype, with a compelling narrative his experiences on the streets. Tiggs re-enters with a soulful bridge that perfectly balances with the gritty offering from OG rap royalty Blade Brown, who details the life of a trapper and hustler.

Giving an insatiable taste of what’s to come, ‘OCD Riddim Pt.1’ is the first glimpse into Tiggs’s forthcoming mixtape release Morefire 2. The project follows on from his first Morefire mixtape back in 2019, which was graced by the very best of UK rap talent such as K-Trap, Nafe Smalls, Skrapz, Not3s, NSG, Blade Brown and ASCO. The follow-up tape is a level up from the first as Tiggs calls on the hottest names on the scene right now, highlighting the respect that he has garnered over the years and his undeniable skills as an artist.

Along with Rimzee and Blade BrownMorefire 2 features collaborations with the likes of Potter Payper, Sainte, Sam Wise, RIMON, Wretch 32, M Huncho and Moliy for a true fusion of worlds, genres and sounds as he blends the hardness of Road Rap with melodic dance elements of Afrobeats.
