Tiggs has had the industry locked into his every move since emerging with his back-to-back ‘OCD Riddim’ releases, which consisted of two parts featuring the broadest range of UK rap talent RimzeeBlade Brown and Wretch 32. With Morefire 2 weighing in at 9 tracks, it arrives as the follow on from the well received debut Morefire mixtape in 2019, and the critically acclaimed 2021 album Blame It On The Youts.

The new tape showcases Tiggs’ aim to continue levelling up, adding quality and precision to what is already an immaculate discography. Boasting an impressive lineup of eclectic artists including RIMONSam WiseSaintéPotter Payper and Wretch 32 amongst others, Morefire 2 fuses his different worlds, blending gritty road rap with soulful melodic hooks as well as dance elements of Afrobeats.

The mixtape kicks off with a soulful intro where Tiggs emerges with his distinctive raspy vocals, before laying down some powerful raps over a jazz infused instrumental. A gripping intro which leads us perfectly into the ‘OCD Riddim’ series. Following on from the popular double drop, Tiggs reminds us just how well connected he is by unleashing a huge collaboration with Skrapz and Potter Payper. The trio come together for the fittingly titled ‘Champagne Riddim’ as they gift us with luxury rap in its finest form. Highlighting Tiggs’ versatility, the multi-faceted musician then delivers a trap rap anthem as he collaborates with a pioneer of the sound in M Huncho.

The latter half of his illustrious body of work has the UK’s master of hooks call on some fast rising talents. Leicestershire raised talent Sainté features on ‘Reload Riddim’, laying down some infectious flows over a piano-led production, while Tiggs emits a shrill vocal performance alongside one of the UK’s hottest underground rap talents Sam Wise.

In Tiggs’ own words ‘the mixtape is all about collaboration’, and having championed an array of UK artists,on ‘Fendi Riddim’ he calls on Netherlands breakthrough singer-songwriter RIMON for an upbeat, feel-good track which has been blessed with a flawless vocal performance from the featuring talent. The mixtape concludes with an Afrobeat offering that highlights Tiggs' ability to blend his extensive vocal range with Ghanaian-American singer Moliy who applies her impressive finishing touches.
