700 Bliss - Bless Grips (Official Video)

700 Bliss - Moor Mother and DJ Haram - have dropped new single, Bless Grips, and an accompanying video.

Bless Grips is a lurching, growling slab of imposing experimental hip-hop featuring raps from both Moor Mother and Haram. The video is directed by Izzy Campo.

The track is lifted from 700 Bliss’s forthcoming debut album, Nothing To Declare, out 27th May on Hyperdub. A collection of forward-thinking noise rap, the record ties together hip-hop, raw club music, jazz, a punk ethos and energy, plus some cheeky skits.

DJ Haram and Moor Mother met through Philadelphia’s thriving music and art scene. DJ and producer Haram is part of the Discwoman collective, has toured internationally, dropped various releases (including an EP for Hyperdub in 2019), and continues to host and produce her Rage Radio show on Rinse FM. Moor Mother is a highly-prolific vocalist and musician celebrated as one of the most vital forces in experimental music. In addition to her solo output - which spans breakout record, Fetish Bones, through to most recent offering, the stunning Black Encyclopaedia of the Air - her other collaborations include; Armand Hammer, Billy Woods, Show Me The Body, Pink Siifu and Sons Of Kemet.
