Wu-Lu - one of the UK’s most refreshing, vital artists - has released his debut album, LOGGERHEAD, via Warp Records.

Throughout this week, in the lead up to LOGGERHEAD's release, Wu-Lu and his band have been hitting the streets for Where’s Wu-Lu? - a series of free, guerrilla gigs in parks and public spaces around London.

Wu-Lu's already highly-praised LOGGERHEAD is an urgent, post-genre masterpiece; a soundtrack to these richly troubled times intended to inspire and encourage. The record draws on a wide array of disparate influences, ranging from Slipknot to DJ Shadow, Red Hot Chilli Peppers to early Dizzee Rascal, and most importantly, Wu-Lu’s South London neighbourhood and community.

LOGGERHEAD also features Asha, Lex Amor, Léa Sen, plus input from other friends and peers, including; Ego Ella May, Morgan Simpson (black midi), Demae and Mica Levi. The album was preceded by the singles South, Times, Broken Homes, Blame and Scrambled Tricks.
