Following the release of her latest single “Things Fall in Place” Midi KwaKwa unveils a stunning new music video filled with vibrant fashion and visuals to complement the track’s laid-back vibe.

Produced by Amsterdam-based producer This Is Lema, “Things Fall in Place” predominantly delivers the artist’s own take on the genres of Neo-Soul and Afro-Soul, setting a chill, calming backdrop allowing for KwaKwa’s delicate and sultry vocals to shine through and take center stage. Directed by Six the video embraces Midi KwaKwa’s Ghanaian heritage, using the country’s culture, fashion, and stunning landscapes that encapsulate the essence of freedom, community, and togetherness. Although relatively fresh on the scene, this artist has already displayed an incredible level of artistry in both her music and videos.

Speaking on the track, Midi KwaKwa says: “Sometimes we feel that there is no solution to a problem and we are finding ourselves in a negative loop. But this negative loop will end at one point and we see that things are falling back into place. Things might even be better than before. The song is a reminder to all of us that at the end there will always be a positive outcome.”

Despite debuting in 2020, Midi KwaKwa is already turning heads and ascending through the Neo-soul scene, with stunning vocals and visuals with an emphasis on making the listener reflect on their deepest inner thoughts and feelings. Born in Germany from Ghanaian heritage, Midi KwaKwa found inspiration from the likes of Nina Simone and India Arie to create her own sound and style.
