Sakyi - Four (EP)

North-West London’s R&B/Pop quartet, SAKYI keeps the summer vibes going with their EP ‘Four’, out now across various music platforms.

The EP marks a new chapter for the group as they make their debut as producers. Experimenting different elements, Sakyi often fuses R&B with a smooth exuberant bounce of Afro flavours, in tracks ‘Damage’, ‘Run My Way’ and ‘Save Me’.

Not forgetting their roots, Sakyi also drop some smooth soulful after hours in bangers ‘24 Hours’, ‘Your Way’ and ‘Could’ve Been Me’ to keep to their dedicated fans appeased.

Prior to the release of the EP, Sakyi performed two tracks from the EP ('Run My Way' and ‘Save Me’) at Ghana Party in the Park in July to over 4,000 people and was met with a raving response. Their lead single, '24 hours' was featured on Sian Anderson’s Online Finds on BBC 1xtra.

Sakyi consist of brothers Reece Aaron, Carl and Eden, who collectively have an undenied passion for soulful R&B of the nineties and noughties, citing the likes of Michael Jackson, Chris Brown and Boyz 2 Men as their greatest influences.
