Richmond, Virginia rapper Fly Anakin has announced his new Skinemaxxx EP - out 5th April on Lex Records - and unveiled lead single, Blicky Bop.

The trippy Blicky Bop video is directed by Jay Green.  Fly Anakin’s forthcoming Skinemaxxx release will be the first of two EPs, both of which are wholly produced by Foisey, a fellow member of Virginia-centric hip-hop collective Mutant Academy.  

Fly Anakin is increasingly regarded as one of the most promising rappers around.  Today’s EP announcement follows an eventful 2022 that saw Anakin tour internationally and drop his acclaimed debut solo album Frank, one of the hip-hop highlights of the year. Frank showcases Anakin’s rugged, breathless raps and includes the Madlib-produced No Dough, Black Be The Source featuring Pink Siifu, and Sean Price.
