Acclaimed Glasgow-based rapper Bemz is back with another floor-filling track, sharing his latest single, G.O.M (Gyallie On Me). Tipped as one of the country’s rising new talents, the rapper, lyricist and producer brings together high-energy beats and infectious bars on the new song, showcasing the instantly-recognisable, authentic sound that his growing legion of fans have come to know and love.

Out now, G.O.M (Gyallie On Me) has a captivating vibe, infusing UK rap with the fast, electric Jersey club sound that has been dominating dancefloors since the early 2000s. Playful and energetic, the single is absolutely made for good times.

“I would describe G.O.M (Gyallie On Me) as a gallus song,” explained Bemz, who focused on the emotional themes of family, home and self-acceptance with his last EP, Nova’s Dad. “Written from the perspective of a man encountering love in a social setting, the song highlights that anything is possible with a bit of charisma and charm. I’m really excited to finally share this project, which I know will get people moving.”

With a remarkably honest approach to rap, coupling unbridled feeling with poignant truth and captivating flow, Bemz expertly paints vivid pictures of his own life through his music – and the latest single proves he’s on track to become one of the country’s biggest stars.

The single follows an epic year for Bemz winning DJ Mag’s Breakthrough MC/Vocalist Best of British Award and has has spent the last six months wowing crowds on his debut UK headline tour, selling out shows at Glasgow’s SWG3 and Sneaky Pete’s in Edinburgh, while also appearing at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Dundee, and supporting singer, songwriter and producer, Example. Although the tour concludes with a set at Tenement Trail Festival, Scotland's biggest festival for music discovery, on October 7, Bemz isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
