Romantic rockstar Svetlana prepares to mesmerise with the release of her slick new single Soul Sister, out on 10th February 2023 via Think Twice Records. Combining soul, jazz and blues-infused sensibilities, Soul Sister oozes with style and swag from the offset.

Svetlana’s honey-like vocals compliment the groove-laden instrumentation with ease, creating a subtly seductive sound as a result. Talking about the single, Svetlana explains, “Soul Sister is about love and desire. I wrote it when I thought I was falling in love with a guy during a period of time when I felt quite lost. I was working a few jobs, doing a Human Rights degree at University and felt at a crossroads with a few life decisions to make, the only thing at that time that felt clear to me was that I wanted to be with that guy”.

Courageously authentic and possessing an artistic soul reminiscent of the icons who have shaped music today, Svetlana encompasses the spirit, lyrical ability and passion to create a unique legacy as a singer and songwriter.
