Nix Northwest ft: ENNY - You Ain't Got a Chance Boy (Single)

London rapper, producer and multi-instrumental Nix Northwest releases surprise single ‘You Ain’t Got a Chance Boy’ featuring Enny.

Stemming from an anecdote from his youth, Nix takes us on a sonic journey led by an energetic chorus across a self-produced instrumental. BBC Sound Of 2022 rapper Enny offers an emotive verse before the pair trade back-to-back bars in a playful verse.

A four-year-long friendship between Nix and Enny was birthed through their mutual love for music, which has since transformed a passion into a career for them both. A milestone moment for them both, ‘You Aint Got a Chance, Boy’ marks their first collaboration since their huge joint single ‘For South’ which was featured on ‘Silhouettes Project’ in 2020. The release arrives ahead of his highly anticipated debut album ‘Xin’s Disappearance’, which is due on 15th March.

"I’ve always had a thing for songs that are happy and beautiful sounding on the surface but also carry a darker message underneath once you peel back the layers. I wanted to explore that sometimes elusive and blurred line between good and evil, and the way which different morals and perceptions that people hold can affect that line."
