It’s about to get Hot Under Lights, with the new single from rising electronic production maestro Fdluxx and UK singer-songwriter Ana Barrena on the soulfully catch chorus which emerges from a deceptively moody intro, as Ana’s beautiful vocals implore us to “tell me why….”

And then the lights drop, and we’re off in a swirling crescendo of bouncy percussion, groovy horns and energetic vocal harmonies, creating a track fit for a big stage show night out under lights just as much as the chill recovery sesh the morning after.

Fdluxx has been putting out music consistently in 2023 before Hot Under Lights, and don’t expect him to stop anytime soon. Although based in Australia, his sound is very much influenced by UK and international sounds with previous tracks this year featuring New York’s Rhakim Ali and London’s Verbz.
