Bi-lingual wordsmith French The Kid today returns with the evocative new single “Quiet Kid”, an emotionally charged track that unveils more of the expansive upcoming mixtape ‘NO SIGNAL’. French The Kid is additionally embarking on a UK/EU tour this spring, taking his anticipated new mixtape on the road. “Quiet Kid” is layered with sombre piano tones and cavernous 808’s. Anthemic strings and shuffling drumwork duck and weave beneath French The Kid’s caustic flows. The Essex-born lyricist expertly weaves emotive and authentic verses over hard-hitting snares and the contrasting, airy vocal chops.
