Goodbye to the old, closing old doors, opening new ones and starting new “when I see this door from behind then I am able to say goodbye”. We all experience the good and the bad and sometimes it takes time to fully heal from our traumas. Goodbye shows the long journey and mindset for no longer be slaves to our past and starting new.

The music video reveals the rebirth and liberation. Shooting in the desert and the mountains of Los Angeles, ending up in the ocean and waking up renewed. Throughout the video Annika wears a black dress and glass ball around her own head, from which she sets herself free in the end scene finding a new light ball, waking up washed by the sea with a new dress.

With her sensual, soft but strong voice Annika hits right into the soul. The R&B / Soul sound combined with Annika’s poetic lyrics invites you to her most intimate space. She writes, composes and co-produces her own songs. Annika draws her music from her own emotions and conflicts.

As a reflection of many other people, she writes about topics such as self (love), toxic relationships, freedom and growth.
