Fly Anakin - Intrepid (Official Video)

Fast-rising rapper Fly Anakin has today released new single Intrepid and an accompanying video.

Intrepid is taken from Anakin’s forthcoming Skinemaxxx (Side B) EP, on 28th July via Lex Records.  The video for the single, directed by Noah Porter, finds Anakin calling at a lavish house to install his groundbreaking Skinemaxxx audio-visual system and making the most of the surroundings.

Both Skinemaxxx (Side A), which surfaced in April, and Skinemaxxx (Side B) are wholly produced by Foisey, a fellow member of Anakin’s Mutant Academy collective.  The twin records are inspired by the nostalgia of flipping through TV channels as a kid, catching your favourite cartoons, and stumbling upon things you shouldn't be watching.  Intrepid was preceded by opening single, Things Change, featuring UK vocalist Demae.

The dual Skinemaxxx project follows an eventful 2022 that saw Anakin drop his acclaimed debut solo album, Frank, one of the hip-hop highlights of the year, and tour internationally.
