Insomnia is the third solo album by Italian jazz beat maestro Koralle for Melting Pot Music. Without exaggeration, it can be described as the most mature and advanced piece of work by the beatmaker and producer from Bologna. The guest list includes fellow producers & musicians FloFilz, Pachakuti, Figub Brazlevič, Kuranes, Phoniks and Brous One as well as rappers and singers Kid Abstrakt, KeepVibeNear, and Ryshon Jones.

Koralle: "I had to deal with sleep disorder for a couple of years. So I had a lot of time during the night and I tried different things like reading books or making music. Many tracks on my new album were produced at nighttime, that's why I decided to call it Insomnia.
For me the process of making music feels an extension of my childhood. I used to play and create a lot of stories with my toys, and I do the same now with my music. I close the door behind me and spend time in my studio with my toys - my records, my sampler, my instrument - and try to recreate that process."
