Get acquainted with London newcomer Jacklyn and her slinky, alt-pop single “No Saint.” The BRIT School graduate stands tall amongst her peers on today’s release, armed with standout vocals that shines amongst a sophisticated yet bouncy, throwback backdrop.

Speaking about the song, Jacklyn explains “‘No saint’ is a song I wrote about being taken for granted and when someone thinks you need them more than they need you, thinking the sun shines out of their ass! It’s a song about taking that power back and bringing them back down to earth and reminding them they “ain’t no saint”.

As well as two of her own sellout shows in London last year, Jacklyn has supported two of Cat Burns' London shows at Omeara. She has worked with producers including Jakwob, Moodtalk, HYLNU and Mack Jamieson, producer of her last single, 'Insane' which encapsulates the sensation of speaking to your inner demons and realising you can be your biggest enemy at. times.

Jacklyn is a West London-born singer/songwriter, who layers timeless influence of soul and R&B melodies with contemporary pop.  Jacklyn has been honing her craft for, as long as she can remember. Her early start in the game, coupled with her time at the BRIT School, goes some way in explaining her extensive vocal range and awe-inspiring stage presence, which is incredible for a young woman at the start of her career.
