Killer Mike has released emphatic new single Yes!  Check out the Shane Smith-directed video below.

Yes! is a choir-assisted banger and lifted from the deluxe version of Killer Mike's album, Michael, (out now).  The album - now expanded to include 4 new tracks on the digital edition and 3 on the physical versions - was announced last week alongside Maynard Vignette; a multi-generational Atlanta anthem featuring fellow-ATL artists T.I., JID, and Jacquees, and inspired by Maynard Jackson, the city's first black mayor.

“Michael was originally longer and now we’re starting to release the rest of it,” states Mike.  “These songs are some of my favourites from the album sessions, but we needed more time to get them the way we imagined them.  We finished three of them in time to make the vinyl and one more for the digital.”

The fresh releases arrive ahead of Mike's intimate headline show at London's Lafayette on 31st October; his first solo UK show in 11 years.  In addtion, the rapper has also announced an in-store conversation and signing session at Rough Trade East on 4th November; tickets are available now via Dice.

Killer Mike's Michael is the rapper's origin story; an autobiographical offering drawing on his experiences growing up in Atlanta, selling drugs as a teenager, the death of his mother and finding salvation in music.  Originally released in June, the record features Andre 3000, Young Thug, Future, El-P and others, and is executive produced by No I.D. (Jay-Z, Kanye West) and Killer Mike.
